  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website beecontact.net. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by beecontact.net, and when you report a problem with our website.

  • We may also ask you to complete surveys and/ or polls that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
  • Fulfilment of your order and any financial transactions that you carry out through our payment gateway. In our website, all financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, PayPal. We will share information with PayPal only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments.

How do we collect information from you?

  • When you fill in the information within the user dashboard, this is to carry out the functionality of your BeeContact profile via our platform.
  • Also, we may collect your information from other web based systems that we use to improve our business operations such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • We may monitor and record communications with you via a ticket system, email and contact number for quality and training purposes. Other reasons include fraud prevention and to comply with any legal requirements.
